Architected and maintained high-load distributed cloud platform serving millions of users/devices

Led end-to-end migration of a critical module from Akka/Java monolith to Kotlin/Spring Boot microservice. Authored and got approval for the Architecture Decision Record, built the migration fundament, and managed a mini team of 5+ engineers throughout the process. Introduced migration metrics for progress tracking and established active collaboration with DevOps for seamless deployment pipeline integration.
